because a parameter within 95% C.I implies the probability that it will lie within the given C.I 95% of the time when many samples are taken from the population.

So what you're saying is that C includes the term 'repeated sampling' that creates the difference between it and B? I mean the 95% probability applies only when n tends to a large number right?
